BrüMate came a long way since their tiki bar days and had grown substantially since 2016. Not only did they struggle with their showroom space, but their shelving did not accommodate the new product sizes on their shelves, information was lackluster, and it was not a productive space to make sales.

I partnered with the internal wholesale team and collaborated with tenured sales partners to take all the best ideas into account as we scrapped the original showroom and put a new system in place.

Within four months, we established a plan and had a new room ready in time for the biggest event of the year, creating the perfect space for brand experience, growth, and sales.
